Back to Help CenterYes. Members and Friends need an invitation to activate a portal account. However, anyone can still make a one-time online gift using the public donation link without an account.
Members and Friends are invited automatically by email. If you need a new or replacement invitation link, email [email protected].
Invitation links expire after 30 days. Visit the login page and request a new invitation if available, or email [email protected] for a fresh link.
On the login page, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Check your spam or junk folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list. If the issue continues, contact support.
Log in, click Hi {First}, and select My Information. There you can update your name, pronouns, phone, address, and email.
Go to Hi {First} → My Information and use the pronouns field. You can pick from the list or enter your own.
Only the Treasurer can see detailed financial information such as pledges, donation history, and Stripe transaction metadata.
Staff, Board members, and relevant committee or ministry leaders can see Time & Talent commitments. Other Members do not see this information.
No. Only Members may opt into the Member Directory. Friends do not appear in or have access to the directory.
Go to Hi {First} → My Information, scroll to the Member Directory section, and toggle whether to be included.
Members can go to Hi {First} → My Pledge to enter, confirm, or review their annual pledge.
Yes. Members can update their pledge amount at any time from the My Pledge and Manage My Donations pages.
Yes. For Members, one-time online gifts and recorded in-person gifts count toward your annual pledge unless designated for a special fund.
You can set up automatic weekly or monthly gifts during pledge setup or later by going to Hi {First} → Manage My Donations → Manage my gifts and selecting automatic giving.
No. You cannot change a gift from weekly to monthly (or vice versa) on the same setup. To change frequency, stop the current automatic gift and create a new one with the desired cadence.
Go to Hi {First} → Manage My Donations → Donation History to see automatic gifts, in-person gifts, one-time gifts, and receipt links.
Yes. Anyone can make a one-time gift using the public donation form at https://members.uucfay.com/donate.
If you later create a portal account using the same email address, your past online donations will automatically appear in your Donation History.
