Response Times & Limitations

UUCF strives to review and respond to form submissions in a timely manner, while recognizing that different types of requests may have different response windows.

Typical Response Window

In most cases, you can expect:

  • 3–5 business days for routine inquiries
  • 1–2 weeks for program-level questions or volunteer coordination
  • Sooner responses when time-sensitive information is needed

Not for Emergencies

Online forms, including anonymous forms, should not be used for emergencies or urgent situations. Please do not use forms for:

  • Emergency situations
  • Urgent pastoral care needs
  • Immediate safety concerns

For urgent needs, contact a staff member directly, reach out to a member of the pastoral care team if applicable, or call local emergency services.
