Form and survey responses are reviewed by the people responsible for the area of ministry or administration that the form supports.
Who May Review Your Submission
Depending on the purpose of the form, your submission may be reviewed by:
- UUCF staff
- Board members
- A committee chair
- A specific ministry leader
- Authorized volunteers assisting with program coordination
Confidentiality Guidelines
- Submissions are reviewed only by those responsible for that area of ministry or administration
- Submissions are not shared publicly or with the general membership
- Sensitive or private information is handled with care, in line with UUCF values and policies
