Who Can See Your Information (Members & Friends)
The Member Portal uses a role-based privacy system to ensure that your information is seen only by the individuals who need it to support UUCF’s ministry and operations.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is the only role that can view detailed financial information. This includes:
- Financial pledges
- Donation history (automatic, in-person, and one-time gifts)
- Stripe transaction metadata
No one else at UUCF has access to your financial details.
Staff, Board Members & Committee Chairs
These roles may view:
- Your name
- Your contact information
- Your Time & Talent commitments
They cannot see:
- Your pledge amount
- Your donation history
- Your recurring giving details
- Your payment methods
Members
Members may see:
- Only their own financial information
- Only the directory entries of Members who have opted in
Members cannot:
- See other Members’ financial information
- View Friends’ information
- See Time & Talent commitments of other Members
Friends
Friends:
- Do not appear in the Member Directory
- Cannot view the directory
- Can manage only their own giving information
UUCF protects the privacy of Friends and Members equally through these role-based access rules.
