The Member Directory (Members Only)
UUCF takes your privacy and safety seriously. The Member Directory is a secure, UUCF-only directory that allows Members to connect with one another while keeping personal information protected. Participation in the directory is entirely optional.
What Information Appears in the Directory
If you opt into the Member Directory, your entry may include:
- Your first and last name
- Your pronouns (if you choose to share them)
- Your email
- Your phone number
No other information appears in the directory. Your email address, mailing address, financial information, and giving history are never shown.
How to Opt In or Out
- Click Hi {First}
- Select My Information
- Scroll to the Member Directory section
- Toggle Include me in the Member Directory
- Optionally toggle Share my phone number
- Save your changes
Changes take effect immediately, and you can adjust your preferences at any time.
Required Agreement for Responsible Use
To opt into the Member Directory, Members must agree to a responsible use statement, which includes the following:
“I agree to use the Member Directory only for UUCF-related communication and never share directory information outside of UUCF. Misuse may result in my directory access being revoked.”
This commitment helps ensure privacy, consent, and safety for everyone in our community.
