Viewing One-Time Gift History
Members and Friends who have a portal account can see their one-time gifts in the donation history section of the portal.
How to View Your One-Time Gifts
- Click Hi {First}
- Select Manage My Donations
- Click the Donation History tab
On this page you will see a list of your gifts, including:
- Gift date
- Gift amount
- Gift type
- Receipt links for online gifts
- Payment method
Gift types may include:
- One-Time Online Gift
- In-Person (Cash, Check, Zelle)
- Automatic Gift (recurring giving)
Distinguishing One-Time Gifts from Recurring Gifts

If Someone Gives Without an Account
If a donor later creates a Member Portal account using the same email address they used for one-time gifts, their donation history — including one-time gifts — will automatically appear in their account.
