Accessing Receipts & Payment History
Donation History in the Portal
To view your donation history:
- Click Hi {First} → Manage My Donations
- Select the Donation History tab
This page includes:
- Automatic donations
- In-person gifts (Cash, Check, Zelle)
- One-time online gifts
- Receipt links for each online gift
- Payment method type
- Dates and amounts for each transaction
Email Receipts & Thank-You Emails
After every successful automatic gift, you will receive:
- A receipt email from Stripe
- A thank-you email from UUCF
These emails are sent automatically after each gift processes. One-time online gifts also generate both a Stripe receipt and a UUCF thank-you email.
