Fixing Failed or Missed Payments
Sometimes an automatic gift may fail. Common reasons include an expired card, a new card number, a bank decline, address mismatch, or temporary insufficient funds.
How to Fix a Failed Automatic Payment
- Click Hi {First} → Manage My Donations
- Select Update Payment Details
- Enter your new card or bank information
- Save your changes
Stripe may retry the payment automatically. Once your payment details are updated, your next scheduled gift will process normally.
