Switching From In-Person Gifts to Automatic Payments
This section is for:
- Members who originally chose in-person giving (Cash, Check, Zelle) but now wish to automate their giving
- Friends who gave manually and want to begin ongoing automatic support
How to Switch
- Click Hi {First}
- Choose My Pledge (Members) or Manage My Donations (Members or Friends)
- Click Manage my gifts
- Select Start automatic giving
- Choose weekly or monthly giving
- Complete the payment information form
- Save your changes
How It Affects Members’ Pledge Balance
For Members, switching to automatic gifts affects your pledge as follows:
- Automatic gifts immediately begin counting toward your pledge
- Your remaining balance adjusts as each gift processes
- Your pledge progress bar updates with each recorded gift
- One-time gifts also count toward your pledge fulfillment
