Understanding the Pledge Reminder Prompt
Each year, beginning around mid-March, Members will start receiving reminders through the portal and via email encouraging them to enter their pledge for the next fiscal year. You will see the reminder on your My Information page.
Why You’re Being Prompted
You will see the pledge reminder prompt if:
- You have not yet entered your pledge for the upcoming fiscal year
- You have not opted out of making a pledge
- Enough time has passed since the last reminder was shown
What the Buttons Mean
Now
Choosing Now takes you directly to the pledge entry page.
Later
Choosing Later dismisses the reminder for a few days. It will reappear during pledge season until you either complete a pledge or choose to skip.
Skip
Choosing Skip indicates that you do not plan to submit a pledge for this year. You will not see the reminder again until the next pledge cycle.
