Entering or Confirming Your Annual Pledge
For the First Portal Year (YT25–26)
Because the Member Portal launched mid-year, the Treasurer has already entered the annual financial pledge that Members submitted earlier. When you log in for the first time, you will see a short workflow that guides you through confirming this information.
1. Confirming Your Financial Pledge
First, you will review the imported pledge amount and confirm that it matches what you originally submitted.
2. Setting Up Automatic Payments (Optional)
You may choose one of the following options:
- Weekly automatic gifts
- Monthly automatic gifts
- Continuing to give In-Person (Cash, Check, Zelle)
3. Adding Your Time & Talent Pledge
You will then complete your Time & Talent selections for the year by choosing areas where you would like to volunteer or share your skills.
In Future Years
Beginning with the next fiscal cycle, you will:
- Enter your annual pledge directly in the portal
- Choose weekly or monthly autopay, or in-person giving
- Receive pledge reminders through the portal and by email starting around mid-March each year
