Where to Update Your Information
Once you log into the Member Portal, look at the top-right corner of your screen. You’ll see a menu that says Hi {First Name}. Click this and select My Information. This opens your profile page, where you can edit your personal information.
Updating Your Contact Details
On the My Information page, you can review and update your name, pronouns, phone number, mailing address, and additional email address.
Name
Update your first and last name as you prefer it to appear in UUCF records and, if you choose, in the Member Directory.
Pronouns
Choose your pronouns from the list provided or select an option to enter your own. This helps staff and leaders address you respectfully. You can change your pronouns at any time.
Phone Number
Add or update your phone number so UUCF can reach you for important communication or volunteer coordination. You control whether your phone number is visible in the Member Directory.
Address
Keep your mailing address up to date so UUCF can send any necessary correspondence or records. You can update your street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
Additional Email Address
If you have an alternate email address, you can add it here. This can be used for communication or receipt delivery. Your additional email does not appear in the Member Directory.
