Payment Problems
If you notice issues with automatic gifts or with payments not appearing as expected, this article covers a few common scenarios and what to do next.
Automatic Gift Failed
To update your payment method after a failed automatic gift:
- Click Hi {First} → Manage My Donations
- Select Update Payment Details
- Enter your updated card or bank information
- Save your changes
Not Seeing a Recent Gift?
In-person gifts (Cash, Check, Zelle) may take a few days to appear in your online history while they are being processed and recorded.
