Invitation Link Not Working
Invitation links expire after 30 days or after they are used to activate an account. If your link no longer works, you can request a new one.
What to Do If Your Link Has Expired
- Visit the Member Portal login page
- Click Request a new invitation if that option is available
- Or email [email protected] to request a new activation link
You will receive a fresh invitation link shortly after your request is processed.
