Because the Member Portal is launching mid-cycle, this year’s setup process includes a few special steps.
Your Pledge Has Been Pre-Entered
- Your annual pledge for YT25–26 has already been imported by the Treasurer.
- When you first log in, you will be asked to review and confirm it.
This ensures your pledge matches what UUCF has on file.
Your First Login Will Guide You Through Three Steps
1. Confirm Your Financial Pledge
Review the imported pledge amount and confirm it is correct.
2. Set Up Automatic Payments (Optional)
You may:
- Give in-person throughout the year
- Or set up automatic weekly or monthly gifts
3. Add Your Time & Talent Pledge
Indicate the areas where you are willing to serve this year, such as:
- Hospitality
- Music
- Communications
- Grounds & Building
- Social Justice
What Happens in Future Years
- You will enter your pledge directly through the portal
- You will receive reminders during pledge season
- The renewal process will be streamlined and fully integrated
This is the only year requiring pledge confirmation.
